1. Scope

This policy applies to krentova.info, order enquiries, phone confirmation and customer support. It explains what information is collected, why it is used and how it is protected.

It applies whether you browse the site, submit the order form, call +27 21 123 4602, email [email protected] or communicate with the team about delivery. It also describes the practical limits of information shared with couriers and service providers who need selected details to complete an enquiry. The policy does not override a more specific notice displayed at the point where information is collected.

2. Information collected

We may collect a name, phone number, delivery address, email address, order details and communication records.

We may also record the date and time of an enquiry, the selected product format, delivery region, confirmation status and a limited note about a requested follow-up. If you contact us by telephone, the record may show the number used and a factual summary of the conversation rather than a full transcript. Technical logs can include an IP address, browser type, device category, referring page and approximate region needed for security and aggregate reporting.

We do not intentionally request identity numbers, payment-card details or sensitive personal information through the website form. If you include such information in an email or message, it will be handled only as needed to respond, then removed or restricted when no longer required. 10. Children

This site is intended for adults placing orders. We do not knowingly collect information from children, and a parent or guardian may ask us to remove information supplied by a child.

11. Changes
