Prices are shown in South African rand and should be checked at the time an enquiry is confirmed. A submitted form is a request for contact and does not by itself create a dispatch obligation; the order is confirmed separately by phone. If a displayed detail is corrected before confirmation, Krentova will explain the correction and allow the customer to decide whether to continue.

Delivery estimates are planning ranges rather than fixed appointments. Weather, courier routing, remote-area access, public holidays and an incomplete address may affect timing. Customers should provide a reachable phone number and a delivery address where an adult can receive the parcel and follow the payment instructions supplied at confirmation.

3. Orders

An online submission is an enquiry until confirmed by phone. A purchase is accepted when Krentova confirms the details and dispatch arrangement.

4. Pricing

Prices are shown in South African rand. The displayed sale price is R 424 and the former price is R 849 when the offer is active.

5. Delivery

Delivery estimates are working-day ranges and can vary by destination, weather or courier capacity. The customer should provide accurate contact and delivery information.

6. Payment

Cash on delivery means payment is collected when the parcel arrives. No prepayment is requested through this website.

7. Returns

Returns are handled under the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008, including the applicable 10 business day period. Contact support promptly with order details.
